Review/comment: This is a book worth reading by every child born. It gives one that sense of adventure and to live honourably despite whatever the situation can be.It's a fitting conclusion for kings Solomon's mine and am only sorry it took me so long to read it.

Review/comment: I first read the book as a child, from my father's old library...and recently i was reminiscing about the past and my thoughts wandered to the Allan Quatermain stories...my renewed research led me to this page...a must read. I recommend this book for all adventurous minds, young and old.
